Mature notes prefer declarative titles

Prefer declarative titles, where applicable to the note’s purpose

• For developed notes/concepts, we should add value judgement to the note’s phrasing
• note/section titles like these may be appropriate for early note maturity, but the title should be developed with the content’s maturity
  • “Declarative titles”
  • “Pros of declarative titles”
  • “Titles can be declared”
  • “Places where declarative titles work best”
• this doesn’t apply to all notes, surely not like Category notes or Concept noun notes
• declarative titles flow and read better in prose
• declarative titles are actionable, rather than passive
