Prefer declarative titles, where applicable to the note’s purpose
- For developed notes/concepts, we should add value judgement to the note’s phrasing
- note/section titles like these may be appropriate for early note maturity, but the title should be developed with the content’s maturity

- “Places where declarative titles work best”
- this doesn’t apply to all notes, surely not like Category notes or Concept noun notes
- declarative titles flow and read better in prose
- declarative titles are actionable, rather than passive
